Описание

Главный герой Квенсер , живущий в эпоху невероятного технического прогресса, мечтает стать проектировщиком Объектов — огромных боевых машин, способных в одиночку уничтожать целые армии. Они совершили настоящую революцию в военном деле, став синонимом войны: первый образец, что заставил содрогнуться мир от страха, остановил внезапную атаку четырнадцати стран, истребив всех нападавших. Ради изучения Объектов, решающих исход войны исключительно в битве с себе подобными, когда падение перечёркивает гарантию жизни союзных «войск», приводя их в непрекращающуюся панику, Квенсер отправляется на военную базу Аляски. Однако после встречи с Милиндой , элитным пилотом одного из Объектов, ему раскрывается мрачная правда об этих угрюмых стальных монстрах и их пилотах.
